Just in time for Purim, join Central Synagogue for a virtual cooking demo and Q&A with Deb Perelman, creator of the beloved food blog smittenkitchen.com, and author of the New York Times best-selling The Smitten Kitchen Cookbook. Rabbi Rebecca Rosenthal will talk with Perelman about her development as a self-taught cook and her own Jewish baking story. Central members are invited to join via Zoom and participate in the Q&A. Deb Perelman is a self-taught home cook, photographer, and the creator of smittenkitchen.com. She is the author of the New York Times best-selling The Smitten Kitchen Cookbook, which won the IACP Julia Child Award. Deb lives in New York City with her husband, son, and daughter.
