Can you ship to prisons?

We can, but prisons have very strict rules and they vary widely from institution to institution. If you want to ship books to a prison, you'll need to verify with the prison that you have the correct address format and learn their mail restrictions. If there are any special requirements that we need to be aware of when shipping, you need to let us know. We aren't responsible if the package is rejected.

 

How can I check my Gift Card or Gift Code balance?

If you have a physical Gift Card, you'll need to visit, call, or email one of our stores to check the balance. Please see our Locations page for contact info and addresses.
